4 Nights on the Hook - Garrison Bay

We left Garrison Bay yesterday after spending four nights at anchor (record fo us at one anchorage without motoring). ToG's batteries did fine, the solar panel really does well to keep us charged and fully operational.

Enjoyed oysters again at Westcott Bay Oyster Co.
We made the short (nine or so miles) cruise out of Garrison, through Roche, to Prevost Harbor on Stuart Island and grabbed a mooring ball close to the park dock. There has been a ball or two open, and space at the dock, so again...our experience so far this summer suggest less boaters on the water.

We packed a lunch, hopped in the dinghy, and tied up at the Prevost County dock to make the hike out to the Turn Point Light Station. A bit of up and down but very doable - especially as it is not roasting hot.

Yaks in Prevost:

We are preparing to clear customs in Bedwell Harbor this morning (Poets Cove) and continue on to Tod Inlet.
