Delivery Plans!

Touch of Gray is nearing completion. Here is the shelving upgrade in the forward berth hanging lockers.

And this is the upgraded dash.

AT hopes to have her in the water on Tuesday (2/23). We will visit La Conner Wednesday to “move in.” We’ll have some orientation time with the AT folks, with the handover scheduled for that Friday. We need to return south that afternoon for our second vaccinations but will return Saturday morning, without our car. (Thanks, Ruanne!) Weather permitting, we will depart La Conner on Sunday, joining Coorie Doon for a shakedown cruise around the islands for a few days. Then we’ll begin the journey south to bring ToG home to her berth (R8) at the Foss Harbor Marina.

A follow-up to my last post. Because of the changes and upgrades made to this boat, it is now designated as a 2020! That’s good news. And technically, she’s AT362-01, being the first of the model.

Random sidebar: In perusing past info on the American Tug User Group forum, I found a reference to AT owners named McQuarrie (my maiden name). One of those "small world" kinds of things. I've never just randomly met someone with that name. I was looking forward to meeting them but it seems they sold their boat last year. Too weird!
